Does DUTCH. Cosmetx test on animals?

No. We don't test on animals and we will not in the future. We are a (proud) cruelty-free brand.

Are the DUTCH. Cosmetx products vegan?

Yes. All our products are vegan, meaning the products don't contain ingredients of animal origin. 

Are the DUTCH. Cosmetx products gluten- and nut free?

Yes. All our products are gluten- and nut free.

Is DUTCH. Cosmetx a paraben-free brand?

Yes. All our products are free of Parabens, Phthalates, Mineral Oils, Fragrances and Dye and Color Additives. Oh & free of biologically harmful chemicals.

Are the DUTCH. Cosmetx products safe to use while pregnant?

We aim to offer the best quality possible, however, please contact your physician and ask for personal advice. You can find all the ingredients we use in our products at the "Ingredients" button on every productpage. 

ORDER RELATED

How do I order a DUTCH. Cosmetx product?

You can order DUTCH. Cosmetx products (only) through our webshop. Please put the product you like in your shopping cart and when you are done shopping, follow the instructions to the checkout. The products placed in your shopping cart are not reserved, so could be sold out if not payed in time. Only after payment the products are yours :)

Can I cancel my order after I placed my order?

After you finished your payment, we are already working on getting your product as soon as possible to you. It is therefore not possible to cancel your order after payment. You can always return unopened/unused products within 14 days after ordering at own expense. 

Please double-check your DUTCH. X YOU (personalized) products and the text you want on the product, since these cannot be returned.

Can I change my order after I placed my order?

After you placed the order we are already working on getting your product as soon as possible to you. It is therefore not possible to change your order after payment.

If you would like to change your address after we shipped it, you can try and contact the carrier. With your Track & Trace code they might be able to help.

Please do contact us (info@dutchcosmetx.com) in case of a DUTCH. X YOU (personalized) product, if we are not yet in production we might be able to change something. But please note, if your product is in production, there is nothing we can do.

Do I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You should receive an order confirmation to the email address you entered at the checkout. If you did not receive an order confirmation please first check your spambox and wait one hour after ordering. If you still have not received it, please send an email to info@dutchcosmetx.com. Maybe your order was not received or something went wrong, we will fix it!

I ordered a DUTCH. X YOU product but it was canceled, why?

If your DUTCH. X YOU (personalized) product was canceled by us there are two possible reasons:

1. The product is out of stock. We will try to get in contact with you so please keep an eye on your email. 

2. The text you put on the product is not approved by us. Possible reasons for this could be that it is against our mission, violent, not appropriate etc.. Your order will be refunded (the first time) and you can order/try again. Be nice :) 

PAYMENT RELATED

What forms of payment does DUTCH. Cosmetx accept?

At the checkout you can choose the payment method you prefer. At this point we offer iDeal, Credit Card (MasterCard & Visa), PayPal, Bank Contact, Apple Pay.

My payment was unsuccessful, what should I do?

Please first check if the money was debited from your account and if you received an order confirmation. If you did, the order was probably placed but please send us an email (info@dutchcosmetx.com) so we can double-check. If you did not pay or received an order confirmation, the order was not placed and you can try again. If the problem keeps occurring please contact us at info@dutchcosmetx.com.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

To which countries does DUTCH. Cosmetx deliver?

At this point we deliver to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. We try to add more countries to this list as soon as possible so stay tuned!

Why is there no free-delivery to my country?

During our Launch Offer we pay the standard delivery for all orders to The Netherland. This is possible because we ship from The Netherlands. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to offer free delivery internationally. 

Which shipping carrier do you use?
We use multiple shipping carriers to get the products to you asap.

When can I expect my DUTCH. products to arrive?

We aim to get your DUTCH. product to you asap! All regular orders placed before 16:00 (4pm GMT+2) on business days are packed/send the same day. Find more info about delivery times and shipping fees at the "Shipping & Returns" page below

Please note, all DUTCH. X YOU (personalized) products need a bit more love so take +/- 4 business days extra (add to the delivery time mentioned in the table below).

We hope to add more countries to the list as soon as possible. Let us know which ones we should add at info@dutchcosmetx.com.

Unfortunately, some of the shipping rates are very expensive. We wish we could change that but we can't.. 

At this point we don't ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email once we have packed and sent your package. This email has your personal Track & Trace link. Click on the link to see when you are your DUTCH. product will be united <3

I received an incorrect item/item is missing, what should I do?

Oh no! Please contact us (info@dutchcosmetx.com) as soon as possible. If the product is unopened/unused. Please keep it like that and make pictures of the products. It will help us help you :)

I would like to return a product, how can I do this?

At this point we can't offer free returns. Hopefully you love your product as much as we do, but if you don't, please first email us (info@dutchcosmetx.com) with your order number and let us know why you would like to return the product. We will help you with your request and provide the information needed.

We accept returns when they meet the following criteria:

- The product is unopened/unused

- It is not a DUTCH. X YOU (personalized) product

- You have the original shipping box

- Free gifts/goodies must also be returned

- You have returned the product within 14 days after receiving the product

We recommend to send the package with a Track & Trace code. Most of the times when you don't, the product will get "lost".. That would be sad for both of us! 

We will review the returned item(s) as soon as possible, but within 7 days after receiving.

I ordered a DUTCH. Collection, can I return one item?

Yes. You can return one item, when you meet all the criteria to receive a refund, we will refund the one product you returned. For example: You ordered a Double DUTCH. worth 38,- and you want to return the gloss. The refund would be 38 - 23 = 15,-. 

Can I get a refund when when my package get lost?

We send all packages with a Track & Trace code so we know exactly where your package is. If your package get lost, please contact the carrier mentioned in the email with the Track & Trace link. They are responsible for the package from the moment we have handed it over to them. If the problem doesn't get solved please contact us at info@dutchcosmetx.com.

Can I try-on the DUTCH. Cosmetx products in a store?

At this point we are only available online. We tried to show our products as realistic as possible through our pictures/videos on the website and our social media pages. We will also be going live on Instagram & TikTok in the future, please join and ask your question!
